It allows to execute, coordinate and govern the management of the patient in the territory through the network of assistance and primary care, allowing to shift the center of gravity from the hospital to the territory, multiplying the prevention and multi-specialist collaboration initiatives to respond in a more effective, appropriate and sustainable way to new health needs of the citizen and to the new logics of health organization, connecting all the components on which the care proposal offered by the national health system is based.

Flexible system architecture, at increasing levels

The Live Capture system uses an extremely flexible architecture that allows to build and apply dynamic care protocols at increasing levels of intensity in a collaborative ecosystem in which the patient and his family are the fulcrum of the process. It is based on a Web-based cloud architecture and offered in SaaS for immediate use and an intimate and effective integration with regional reference systems, coordination centers and Territorial Operations Centers (COT).
